Discussing your requirements is the most important part of planning and once I have a good understanding of your needs we can get to work on producing a concept plan. This can often consist of several concept plans which we finetune together until the final plan is obtained. We will always consult our clients with ideas and changes to the plan prior to finalising any plans.

An important part of the design of a new home is to make sure that it is energy efficient and that the plan will copy with ‘6 Star’ Energy Ratings that have been compulsory in South Australia under the Development Act 1993 as of September 2010
